About Phoenix Advocacy Network (PAN)

The Phoenix Advocacy Network (PAN) was founded by Dr. Stephenson in response to repeated attempts to silence survivors and whistleblowers within institutions and the media. PAN exists to amplify stories of retaliation, educate the public, and provide a platform for truth-tellers whose experiences are often ignored or erased.
PAN blends investigative storytelling, survivor interviews, and creative commentary to bring visibility to issues of systemic abuse. Guided by the belief that “when platforms silence us, we rise,” PAN is committed to truth, advocacy, and creating a record that cannot be erased.
